As a result the plaitiff withdrew the proceedings. The success of mediation was reported by major newspapers and TV channels all over the country;
Advised Mr. Xiao Xufeng on his labour dispute with Cinda Securities. This case was one of the Selected Cases of the Year by the Supreme Court.
