Mr. Sun's practice focuses on capital market and corporate matters. He has more than a decade long experience in PE investment and finance areas. He is also good at handling commercial dispute resolution. Mr. Sun worked as the general counsel for a software enterprise for more than 8 years, during wich time he structured the risk control and management rules for the enterprise and actively participated director/shareholder meetings. He advised on all major issues in daily operations and participated in all major negotiations.
