Practice Description

Professor Feng is one of the most popular IP experts in PRC. During the 25 years experience, he participated in many high-profile and complex IP cases and advised on many high-profile cases as a senior expert. Many of his cases were selected by Supreme People's Court and high courts as guiding cases or top 10 cases.  He is both influential in IP legal practice and academic circles. He is constantly listed on expert panels for the Supreme People's Court and other high courts, while actively participated in many IP committees and organizations as chairman, deputy chair or key members. 


He is one of the core members in our IP team.  His IP cases cover competition, TMT, internet and data, involving patent, trademark, copyright, domain names, trade secrets, technology contracts and unfair competition. He is quite capable of helping corporate clients with management and strategies.

His representative clients include: Zhang Xiaoquan, China Mengniu Dairy, Septwolves,  Proctor & Gamble, Wanglaoji,  CCTV (Avenue of Stars), CCTV.com BMW,  Adidas,  HERMES,Lost in Thailand(film)、 Bi Feng Tang,  Wuliangye (an equivalent of Moutai) and some celebrities involved IP cases such as Mr. Jiang Youbai and Mr. Zhang Yimou. 

Awards and Recognition

Mr. Feng has been recognized as an IP expert and leading scholar by all levels of authorities and government agencies(including but limited to the State Department, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Education, leading universities and influential foreums where he gave lectures on regular basis).
