Ms. Zhang specializes in patent prosecution, patent application drafting, re-examination, patent invalidation, IP litigation with a focus on telecommunication, electric circuit, automatic control, electrical engineering, display device, computer science, Internet, vehicle Engineering, construction engineering. Ms. Zhang handled plenty of commercial patents (NSEPs) and standard essential patents (SEPs), and made some Freedom to operate (FTO) analyses and non-infringement analyses.

• Huawei vs. Samsung, representing Samsung before Beijing Intellectual property Court, successfully invalidating all claims of the patent during the patent invalidation proceeding. The case was dismissed.

• Huawei vs. Samsung, representing Samsung before Xi’an Intermediate Court, successfully invalidating all claims of the patent during the patent invalidation proceeding. The case was suspended.

• Samsung vs. Huawei, representing Samsung before Shenzhen Intermediate Court, successfully defending all claims of the patent to be valid during the patent invalidation proceeding. The case was settled.

• Anhui Changsheng Electronics Co. ltd vs. Xiamen SETfuse Electronics ltd., invalidation of patent for the second time, representing the patentee, defending all claims to be valid.
  

• Zhejiang Oula vs. Hang Xiao Steel structure, a patent invalidation case, representing patentee, defending all claims of the patent to be valid. The patent was awarded Gold Medal Patent of Zhejiang province thereafter.

• Acting as IP counselor of CHJ Automotive lid. and Participating the mining of patent application, searching for prior art, deploying multinational patent applications etc.;

• Working for Chinese research center of U.S. Skyworks solutions inc. as an IP counselor, and participating the mining and evaluation of patent application, IP communication with technical researcher to improve IP protection.
