• Ms. Zhang has nearly 20 years of legal work experience. She has the dual qualifications of patent attorney and lawyer and is a member of the All China Lawyers Association (ACLA) and All China Patent Attorneys Association (ACPAA).

• Ms. Zhang has represented many patent infringement lawsuits, patent administrative lawsuits, and other litigation work, and participated in technology capital increase, technology contract, IP due diligence, analysis of standard essential patents (SEP) in the field of communications, FTO analysis, patent reexamination, and patent search, patent layout, patent application, and many other non-litigation legal services.

• Ocean’s King Lighting Science & Technology Co., Ltd. vs. Xi'an Silverstone Technology Development Co. Ltd.: Represented Ocean’s King Lighting Science & Technology in the second instance of design patent infringement case, achieving a retrial and a substantial reduction in the compensation amount.

• Japan Yaman Ltd. vs. National Intellectual Property Administration: Represented Yaman Ltd. in a patent administrative litigation case, achieving the withdrawal of the invalidation decision.

• Hangzhou Saixuan Technology Ltd. vs. Sony (China) Ltd.: Managed the second instance of patent infringement case, invalidity case, and administrative litigation.

• Ningbo Jiangbei Ningke Machinery Factory vs. Ningbo Xiangsheng Machinery Co., Ltd.: Involved in the retrial of a patent infringement lawsuit, achieving a ruling for re-examination.

• Guangzhou Zhongda Furui Medical Science and Technology Co.,Ltd vs. National Intellectual Property Administration: Worked on a patent administrative litigation case, with the third party being Chongqing Shangye Medical Instrument Co., Ltd.

• Assisting a technology enterprise in introducing chemical manufacturing technology from abroad, including due diligence on trading partners, drafting and modifying technology license agreement. The project scale reaches billions of yuan.

• Listed Company and Foreign Technology Company Collaboration: Coordinated intellectual property negotiations to facilitate technology transactions in the technology commissioned development project.

• State-owned Enterprise Technology Capital Increase Project: Involved a capital increase amount of 225 million RMB.
